Jesus Prom

Here is the information Valerie sent for those of you who signed up to attend Jesus Prom

We are excited to have you observe our “Camping Under the Stars” Jesus Prom 2014!

Jesus Prom is an amazing event where we get to love on some incredible people. It truly is a remarkable evening filled with lots of love, laughter, and of course dancing!

In order to help you prepare for your visit, we wanted to give you some brief information:

1. Prom is from 6:30-10:00 p.m at our Harrodsburg Road Campus (5001 Harrodsburg Road, Nicholasville, KY 40356). We encourage you to arrive around 6:00 p.m. in order to park your vehicle and check-in.
   
2. You can park in our volunteer parking lot, which is our South parking lot beside Building F (Buildings are lettered on the outside).
3. Once you have parked please enter the building through Building F, and check-in at our “Welcome to Southland” room. There will be signage that says “Here to Observe?”
4. Upon checking-in you will be given a “Visitor” Label that must be worn at all times, an Observation Packet (one per group), and a Jesus Prom Guide.
5. Your Jesus Prom Guide is an amazing resource who will show you around prom. Please feel free to ask your guide questions, and he or she will be able to show you all things "Jesus Prom”

We will stay together as a group for the evening.  This means you will not have to worry about having anyone "sign" anything for your observation.  I'll use the list you created tonight to check who was able to attend and check that when grading observations.
