Welcome to the Wednesday Night SED104 course! Glad to have you here for this mid-week opportunity to connect, learn new information, ask questions and to grow in our understanding of others who are like us in many ways and yet have special characteristics that make them individually unique - oh wait - that's just like you and me!

Hello Everyone! My name is Catesby Spears. I am 17 years old. I graduated from Bourbon County high school. My hometown is Paris, KY, which is like 45 minutes away from Richmond. I am an Elementary Education major and I want to do a concentration in Special Education Kindergarten-12th grade. I look forward to meeting everyone on Wednesday!

ReplyDeleteHi I'm Helena George. I'm 22 years old and am from Southwest Virginia but am originally from Florida. I am an Elementary Education major and I intend to teach overseas. I guess what makes me unique is that I can read and write in Korean and speak some Chinese and Japanese.

I will be majoring in Elementary Education and I am unique because I had the opportunity to have my mom as my teacher as a kindergartener and since then, I have had the passion to teach young children. I am planning to be dual certified in Special Education and will add classes after I take this course.
