Initial Thoughts

I believe parents do suffer going through a lot taking care of a child with a disability. I think it's great that teachers and school staff are becoming more aware of that and are trying their best to hopefully make it easier on the family. Also the section where they talk about sibling suffering with issues just like parents do, was great. I never really took the time to think about how all of this could affect not only the parents but how their siblings feel as well. Parents and teachers must create a special bond to be able to work together to make sure the child is 100% in the classroom. It's important for a child with special needs to have good relationships at home so that they can have more positive outcomes.
