Post #1 The meaning of this title from my own perspective

The title of this movie: The Other Sister means several different things to me. I feel as if this title relates to this movie because Carla's mom sees her other daughter as a better daughter and sister. Carla is treated differently in obvious and hateful ways rather than how her sister is treated. Carla's mom isn't very nice to her and has a sour attitude. Later on in the movie, Carla finally starts to realize their poor relationship with one another and even plans her OWN wedding...
