This movie was very effecting while watching it. While i was watching i dicovered the fact of how important it is to let everyone live their own life without putting imput. Sometimes imput or an opinion can be good, but you also need to realize that it's their life, and not yours. Carlas mom thought that everything she did was the correct way of doing it because it made her happy. Everything her mom was doing was completely the opposite of what Carla wanted. Carla wanted to live life how she wanted, and she stands up to her mom when she tries to tell her marrying danny was the wrong thing.
