My favorite part of this movie is when Carla is standing up to her mother about the wedding. Carlas mom tries to tell her that marrying Danny is not the right thing to do, and Carla tells her that she doesnt care what she thinks. Danny made Carla happy and that's all that mattered to her. I think that controlling Carla was not a good idea, because it made Carla very uncomfortable. Carla wanted to live the life that she wanted to live, not what her mother wanted.
