Reflections

I really enjoyed this movie. I thought it really showed some of the difficulties of having an intellectual disability as well as the importance of using the right terminology. It also showed people who might not know a lot about people with disabilities how independent a person with a disability can become if he/she chooses to do so. It shows the emotional stages that family members often go through when someone in their family has a disability. I thought it was very informative about intellectual disabilities and a wonderful representation.
