I would consider Carla as having a moderate disability. I
would define her’s as moderate because, even though you can tell that she has a
disability, she is still able to do and function most of the things other kids
can do. Carla can walk, read, write, spell, talk, and she was even capable of
passing her exam. Carla had a supporting family throughout her journey which
was a big help. Even though she did not understand and like some of the things
her mother did, her mother was still there for her.
